Olosho!


"Use what you have to get what you want" is what they claim. However, you have many things apart from those private areas. Do you want me to list them? You have a brain, mouth, hands, legs, etc The brain is the most important of all. With just that, you can achieve a lot more than you can with other body parts. I have come across many tales of woe online from the #olosho ones to the #dubaiportapotty ones, the tales are endless. 


Many ladies and even men with amazing talents have gone through a lot of dehumanizing obscenities just to make some money. After making the money, they spend it on flashy time-bound merchandise that will diminish in a matter of time. Do you care to know what some of these things are: iPhone, human hair, clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, and so on. 

In a lot of cases, the fault is theirs and not their parents as some of them hide under the guise of being raised without a silver spoon. Yet, I've seen those raised with wooden spoons who have succeeded in becoming self-acclaimed successes in life. Life is what you make of it, if it gives you a lemon, make lemonade out of it. You don't have to get "clothes" off the lemon and sell it cheaply. 

Even when there is no money to be educated, you can hustle by helping people do menial jobs to get some pay in order to raise funds for better things. All you have to do is plan and plan well not sell yourself for irrelevant things. Too many lives have gone too early to the grave simply because they want to belong. The belong you will belong that will not last long. Funnily, fashion trends come in cycles, from hipster to bootleg, 3/4, and back to hipster again. As for the iPhone, there are new models with each passing phase. 

You wan run kill yourself? You better chase important things that do not perish like the kingdom of God. Where are those who have gone to the grave today? I leave you with that thought. Olosho no pay o!

My father once told me the tale of how as an aeronautical engineer someone came to him and offered to make him a millionaire if he could hide cocaine in the aircraft for them to transport it elsewhere. Despite the fact that as an engineer, he knew a lot of secret parts of the aircraft that no one will ever locate, he declined the offer. Nigerian Armed Forces Remembrance Day

15th January each year is set aside to remember fallen and standing heroes. To be honest, the word "hero" is not enough to qualify these "angels" who sign their lives for our safety. To become a soldier, they had to sign that the government would not be held responsible if they lose their lives in the cause of rendering selfless service to the nation. The major bone of contention is that it takes a lot of guts and determination to dedicate one's life to serving a country that seemingly doesn't care about its citizens; a country that is not even ready to lift a finger to save a captive.
